Let's chat! There is no charge whatsoever for our first few meetings as we find out about each other, meet your team and you meet ours.
We will then build a solution of staffing and hourly rates to match your needs. That might be 5 hours of a bookkeeper per week, 2 days of management accountant per month and one day of a Finance Director per quarter. We can build this into a monthly retainer, or keep it simple with transparent hourly rates.

We can take care of all your Bookkeeping using Xero QuickBooks or Sage. We do everything from posting Purchase Invoices (Purchase Ledger) and Sales Invoices (Sales Ledger), to producing your monthly Management accounts (Balance Sheet, P&L and Trial Balance)
Management Accounts
We can organise companies accounting systems (Xero QuickBooks Sage) and produce a Monthly Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Trial Balance, Budget and Reforecast
Payroll
We can run Payroll in Xero, Sage 50 Payroll and QuickBooks
VAT
Over the years we have gained massive experience of producing VAT returns and posting them to HMRC
Credit control
We can chase down Debtors who haven't paid old Sales Invoices. Using Aged Debtors and Aged Creditors we can produce A working Capital report and cash flow forecast
Purchase Ledger
Everything from Posting an invoice or Bill in Xero, QuickBooks and Sage to dealing with Suppliers
Sales Ledger
